TFNB sued its former chairman, Kenneth Wu, alleging that he breached his fiduciary duty to the bank, and sued its former senior vice president, Herbert Ng, alleging that he committed fraud and breached his fiduciary duty. After a jury trial on certain issues and a bench trial on others, the trial court entered judgment that (1) TFNB take nothing on its claims against Wu, (2) Wu is entitled to indemnification from TFNB, and (3) TFNB is entitled to specified damages from Ng.
